The problem is that the amount of memory PHP needs per instance is in accordance with this number. It also allows users to upload huge, potentially dangerous files to your site. I highly recommend deactivating this plugin except for when you are actually using it. It sucks having to find all the dl links. This is intuitive and necessary.
