There is only one Windows profile and one Chrome profile. There is no Pepper Data… folder. Adding the proper path ending in a System folder and the mms.
I have successfully made this work on a different computer where there IS a Pepper Data folder, so I am confident in the contents of the cfg file, where to put it, etc. Are you aware of any way to download and install an older 31? Try checking other folders to see if you can find the full path.
